If you see white and gold and own any programme that can change brightness (Sai, photoshop etc), open the image, decrease the brightness a bit and focus on the image for a moment, let your eyes adjust. It should be blue and black. Then put the brightness back to how it was so you have the original image that you thought was white/gold, suddenly it's probably a picture of blue/black dress taken with a bad camera and too much flash.
IT actually is a blue/black dress, I hope this helps ;u; ! (It helped me when I figured it out)
